Well, it's been a while since I updated, so I thought this would be a good time to do it. Bobby has been doing pretty well for the most part, with a few issues he'll probably always have to deal with. His vision is still not normal, so it's hard to say if he'll ever be able to drive again. He has a small hernia where he had the feeding tube, so he's in the process of getting it taken care of. Before he can have surgery, his primary doctor wanted him to see the cardiologist to make sure his heart can tolerate another anesthesia. He saw a new cardio who noticed his chart showed some blockages or restrictions that had never been addressed, so he's to go for an ultrasound and stress test tomorrow. If all goes well, he can then schedule the surgery. Otherwise, I'm sure he'll have to go back in for stents, which I hope doesn't happen. I'll update again when I know more.
